This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode). This is an application for correction of the cause title in respect of the name of petitioner no.1. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the name of petitioner no.1 is Sriram Dhir but inadvertently, the same has been mentioned as Sriram Dhar and similarly, the name of father of the petitioner no.1 is Purna Chandra Dhir but the same has been wrongly mentioned as Purna Chandra Dhar.

// 2 // Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, in the cause title of the bail application so also in the order no.1 dated 28.06.2022, the name of petitioner no.1 be read as 'Sri Sriram Dhir' instead of 'Sri Sriram Dhar' and similarly, the name of the father of petitioner no.1 be read as 'Purna Chandra Dhir' instead of 'Purna Chandra Dhar'.

The I.A. is accordingly disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
