This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

This writ petition has been filed by the Petitioner with the following relief:

"It is therefore humbly prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to admit the case, issue notice to the Opposite Parties, and call for the relevant records and after hearing both the parties pass the following reliefs: i.

To direct the Opposite Parties to regularize the service of Petitioners against group-D posts in pursuance to the order no.3264 dt.14.03.2022 (Under Annexure-8) passed for the identirical person working under the same category vide order.

ii.

And pass such other order/orders as may be deemed fit

And for this act of kindness, the petitioners as in duty bound shall ever pray."

Learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that ventilating their grievance, Petitioners have filed representation before the Opposite Party No.2, dated 18.03.2022 under Annexure-9, which according to the Petitioners is pending for consideration. 5.

Considering the limited nature of grievance and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the Opposite Party No.2 to consider the representation of the Petitioners dated 18.03.2022 (Annexure-9) within a period of two months weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order, strictly in accordance with law, by passing a speaking and reasoned order. Decision so taken be communicated to the Petitioner within a period of two weeks thereafter. Opposite Party No.2 is further directed that while considering the representation of the Petitioner pursuant to Annexure-8 shall give weightage to the Petitioners. Further no coercive action shall be taken against the Petitioners till a decision is taken on the representation of the Petitioners. 6.

With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. 7.
