Heard learned counsel for both the parties.

In the writ petition, an allegation is made for long pendency of the Mutation Case, vide M.C. Case No.1311 of 2020. 3.

This Court also finds that the mutation case was registered in the year 2020. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of directing the Tahasildar, Satyabadi, Puri, Opposite Party No.2 to conclude the mutation proceeding at least within a period of two months from the date of communication of the order of this Court. If there is no sufficiency of notice to any parties, special messenger notice be adopted at the cost of the Petitioner.
