1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode. Order No.
2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.
3. The Petitioner is in custody since 2nd May, 2022 in connection with Kesinga P.S. Case No.134/2022 corresponding to C.T. Case No.130/2022 pending in the court of learned J.M.F.C., Kesinga for the alleged commission of the offence under Sections 379/411/34 of I.P.C.

4. It is alleged that the stolen truck was brought to him which he got dismantled and sold the engine to another person and other parts were kept with him for being sold as scrap. It is submitted that similarly placed accused person namely, Md. Ibrar Khan has been granted bail as per order passed by this Court in BLAPL No.4920/2022.
5. Considering the submissions as above, the materials on record, the period of detention in custody and the fact that charge sheet has already been submitted, I am inclined to allow the prayer for bail. Let the Petitioner be released on bail on such terms and conditions as may be imposed by the court in seisin over the matter in the aforesaid case including the condition that he shall appear personally before the court below on each date of posting of the case without fail. Further he shall appear personally before the I.I.C. of Kesinga P.S. on every Monday for a period of six months and such fact shall be certified by the I.I.C. to the concerned court once in a month. He shall not involve himself in any similar nature of offence.
6. The BLAPL is disposed of.
7. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
