This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement (virtual/physical) mode.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

Considering the submissions and on going through the Order No.

nature of accusations; further keeping in view the surrounding circumstances of the case as also concerning the Petitioner and in the absence of any other impediment, it is directed that in the event the Petitioner surrenders before the Court in seisin of the case in connection with Phulbani Town P.S. Case No.84 of 2020 corresponding to C.T. Case No.242 of 2020, within three weeks hence and moves for his release on bail, he shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as would be deemed just and proper by the said Court with further conditions that with further condition that the Petitioner is hereby directed to appear before the Investigating Officer on 21st April, 2022 in between 10 am to 2 pm and on such other date/s as asked for in order to cooperate with the investigation.

Violation of any of the above condition(s) shall entail cancellation of bail.

The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
