Upon hearing learned counsel for the Appellants and on going through the averments taken in the application, it is directed that the certified copy of the judgment and decree passed by the learned Additional District Judge, FTC No.II, Cuttack in Title Appeal No.87 of 1998 and the certified copy of the judgment and decree passed by the learned Civil Judge (Sr. Division), 2nd Court, Cuttack in Title Suit No.90 of 1994 be returned to the learned counsel for the Appellants under proper acknowledgement on substitution of the attested true copies of the said documents.
