None appears for the petitioner at the time of call. 3.

A perusal of the CRLMC petition would go to disclose that the petitioner has challenged the order taking cognizance passed on 31.7.2008 by the learned Civil Judge,(Jr.Divn.)-cum-J.M.F.C., Kujang and in the meantime fourteen years have elapsed. It is, therefore, a year old matter.

In that view of the matter, since no one has appeared for the petitioner, it appears that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the CRLMC .Hence, the CRLMC is dismissed for non-prosecution. ( G. Satapathy) Judge Kishore
