It is brought to the notice of this Court that O.P.1, the Party against which a Writ of Quo Warranto is sought for by filing the present Writ Petition, has died since December, 2021. In view of this, this Court finds no cause of action surviving to entertain the Writ Petition, which is dropped accordingly.
