Heard the innocuous prayer involved herein. This matter was Order No.
entertained during Summer Vacation and learned State Counsel was directed to take instruction on the allegation of the petitioner involving Annexure-2. On instruction, Mr.Sahoo, learned Additional Standing Counsel makes it clear that the land involved herein does not belong to the District Administration and on the other hand the land is under the custody of Public Works Department. This Court finds Annexure-2 was made to the District Administration. For the statement made in Court by learned State Counsel, this Court finds there is no purpose for directing the Collector, Puri to take decision on Anenxure-2 at the instance of the petitioner.

In the circumstance, the writ petition stands dismissed as not entertainable. Dismissal of the writ petition shall not stand on the way of the petitioner to make request to the competent authority for the purpose.
