This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.
Order No 2.
Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

The present Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "1.
Directing the Opposite Parties particularly Opp.Party No.4 to sanction the family pension & T.I. within a stipulated time in favour of the Petitioner.
2. If the Opp.Parties fails to show cause or show insufficient cause to make the Rule absolute.
3. Any other Writ / Writs or Direction /Directions as would offered complete relief to the present petitioner".

Taking into account the nature of claim made in the Writ Petition and the prayer made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner, the Petitioner is permitted to make a fresh representation before Opp. Party No.3 within a period of three weeks from today.

It is observed that if such a representation is filed by the Petitioner ventilating his grievances, the same shall be considered by Opp. party No. 3 in accordance with law within a period of the two months from the date of filing of such representation. The order so passed by Opp. Party No.3 be communicated to the Petitioner within that time. 6.
With the aforesaid observation and direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
