1. Considering that Opposite Party Nos.1 and 2 is a Chinese company, the arbitration would be in the nature of an international commercial arbitration as pointed out by Mr. Samar Kachwaha, learned counsel appearing for Opposite Party Nos.1 and 2.

2. In that view of the matter, the Petitioner is permitted to approach the appropriate forum for the appointment of an Arbitrator in accordance with law.

3. Mr. Anupam Rath, learned counsel appearing for Opposite Party Nos.3 and 4 states that Opposite Party Nos.3 and 4 are not necessary parties in this petition. In view of the order passed today, no further order needs to be passed in that regard by this Court.

4. The arbitration petition is disposed of with liberty to the Petitioner as aforementioned.
