Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Praharaj, learned counsel for the State.

2. In the present case, the challenge is as to the criminal proceeding in C.T. Case No. 26 of 2015 pending in the court of learned District & Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Rayagada.

3. There is no interim order passed by this Court in the present case which is pending since 2016.

4. Pursuant to the direction of this Court, Mr. Praharaj, learned counsel for the State was to obtain instruction and he informed that charge is already framed by the Sessions court in the meantime.

5. In view of the above, the Court does not see any reason to issue directions in the present CRLMC. The petitioner is in any way to participate in the trial to submit his defence.

6. Consequently, CRLMC stands disposed of.
