Heard learned counsel for the appellant and learned Addl. Govt. Advocate for the State.

The appellant is a child in conflict with law and is in custody since 27.07.2021 in connection with Baunisuni P.S. Case No. 124 of 2021 corresponding to Special Case No. 124 of 2021 pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Presiding Officer, Children's Court, Boudh for the alleged commission of offence under Section 20(b)(ii)(c)/29 of IPC.

It is alleged that the appellant being associated with six other persons were transporting contraband ganja weighing 60 Kgs when they were apprehended by police. It is submitted that similarly placed co-accused, namely, Sipun Khamari has been released on bail as per order passed by this Court in BLAPL No. 10424 of 2021.

Considering the submissions as above and particularly taking into account the fact that the appellant is a CCL, I am

inclined to allow the prayer for bail. Let the appellant be released on bail on such terms and conditions as the court in seisin over the matter may deem fit and proper to impose including the condition that he shall personally appear before the trial Court on each date of posting of the case without fail. 6.

CRLA is accordingly disposed of.
