This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode). Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

This is an application under section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in connection with Nilgiri P.S. Case No.106 of 2022 corresponding to C.T. Case No. 158 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Nilgiri for the commission of the alleged offences under sections 341, 294, 323, 325, 506, 307, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the State submitted that the injured Lalin Kumar Barik has sustained grievous

In view of the nature and gravity of accusation and the injuries sustained by the injured, while not inclining to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners, liberty is granted to them to surrender and move for bail in the Court below within a period of four weeks from today in the event of which, the learned Courts below shall dispose of the same in accordance with law expeditiously and if any co-accused has been released on bail in the meantime, the claim of parity shall be taken into account. The case records be made available before the Court concerned for adjudication of the bail application.

The ABLAPL stands disposed of.
