Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the Director, Higher Secondary Education, Odisha to accord approval of his appointment against the 1st post of Lecturer in Home Science and release the consequential benefits.

Since the petitioner has approached this Court claiming benefit under Section 24-B of the Orissa Education Act and Rules framed there under, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to pursue his remedy before the appropriate forum in accordance with law, if he is so advised. 5.

With the aforesaid liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of. Arun (DR. B.R. SARANGI, J.)
