By order dated 29.09.2022, the G.R. case number has been corrected. However, subsequently it was brought to the notice of the Court that the offence mentioned in paragraph -3 was wrongly mentioned. Therefore, this matter is taken up as per Special list on being mentioned by learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.

It is submitted that in order dated 29.09.2022 apart from the case number before the court below, the particulars of the offences was also wrongly mentioned. But correction was inadvertently sought for only with respect to the case number, which was directed to be corrected. No direction was issued in respect of the correction relating to the offences.

Considering the submissions as above, instead of mentioning Section 37(1) of NDPS Act under paragraph-3, the offence under Sections 323/307/353 of IPC and Section 20(b)(ii)(C)/27/29 of NDPS Act be mentioned.

Order be corrected accordingly.

Certified copy has already been submitted for correction. 7.

Issue urgent certified copy of the order be granted in course of the day.
