1. There is already a decree of divorce dissolving the marriage between the parties which is at Annexure-1.

2. In that view of the matter, G.R. Case No.151 of 2012 pending in the court of learned SDJM, Bhubaneswar and all proceedings consequent thereto are hereby quashed.

3. The CRLMC is accordingly disposed of in the above terms. The interim order passed earlier stands vacated. A copy of this order be communicated to the concerned trial court forthwith.
