This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode). This is an application for modification of the order dated 23.03.2022.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that G.R. Case No.127 of 2022 which arises out of Kantabanji P.S. Case No.70 of 2022 is pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C., Kantabanji but inadvertently in the cause title, the same has been reflected as S.D.J.M., Kantabanji and

// 2 // accordingly, it has also been reflected in paragraph no.3 of the order dated 21.06.2022 and the same may be corrected.

Learned counsel for the State has no objection. Considering the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, in the 3rd paragraph of the order dated 21.06.2022, the 'S.D.J.M, Kantabanji' shall be read as 'J.M.F.C., Kantabanji'.

The rest part of the order dated 21.06.2022 remains unaltered.

I.A. is accordingly disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
