This is an application for modification of the order dated 21.06.2022.

Considering the averments taken in the interim application and on hearing the learned counsel for the State, it is ordered that the age of the petitioner, which has been reflected in the cause title of the anticipatory bail application as '24' be read as '64'.

The date of surrender of the petitioner is extended till 21st October 2022.

With this modification, the rest part of the order dated 21.06.2022 remains unaltered.

Issue urgent certified copy as per Rules.
