This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to make necessary correction in the cause title of the bail application in Court today.

This is an application for modification.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners were released on anticipatory bail vide ABLAPL No.5988 of 2022 by order dated 27.07.2022 but inadvertently the name the petitioner no.1-Sarmistha Bal instead of Sarmistha Bal @ Sarmila Bal and petitioner no.4-Durgabati Bal instead of Durbati Bal @ Diptimayee Bal have been wrongly mentioned, which mistake also appears in the cause title of the bail application.

Accordingly, it is directed that name of the "petitioner no.1-

// 2 // Sarmistha Bal instead of Sarmistha Bal @ Sarmila Bal and petitioner no.4-Durgabati Bal instead of Durbati Bal @ Diptimayee Bal", rest part of the order remaining the same. It is further directed that the petitioners can avail the benefit of the order dated 27.07.2022 on surrender before the court below within a period of three weeks from today.

The I.A. is disposed of accordingly.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
