This Court does not appreciate the tone and the tenure of the report submitted. Registry is requested to call for a detailed report from the concerned Superintendent of Police as to the steps taken for appreciation of the accused.

A copy of this order also communicated to the Range DIG. Call this matter on 10th of October, 2022 for consideration of the report of concerned Superintendent of Police. 6.

A copy of this order may be handed over to the learned counsel for the State for doing the needful.
