CORAM:
JUSTICE K.R. MOHAPATRA
ORDER
Order No.
21.06.2022 01.
1.
This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
2.
The Petitioner in this writ petition seeks for a direction for early disposal of C.P. No. 191 of 2021 stated to be pending before learned Judge, Family Court, Kendrapada. 3.
It is submitted by Mr. Nayak, learned counsel for the Petitioner that although the Opposite Party has entered appearance in the civil proceeding, but she has not filed her written statement for which the matter is being delayed. Due to pendency of the civil proceeding, the Petitioner is highly prejudiced. In that view of the matter, he prays for a direction for early disposal of C.P. No. 191 of 2021 filed for dissolution of marriage under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955. 4.
Taking into consideration the submission made and the fact that written statement has not yet been filed by Opposite Party, this Court is not in a position to consider the prayer of learned counsel for the Petitioner. It is, however, observed that the Petitioner may move learned Judge, Family Court, Kendrapada for early disposal of C.P. No. 191 of 2021, when the matter becomes ready for hearing.

With the aforesaid observation, this writ petition is disposed of.
Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
