This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode). The Petitioner has prayed in this writ application to quash the order of the Tahasildar, Odapada dated 22.1.2022 in OMMC Case No. 212 of 2020-21 under Annexure-3.

Learned counsel for the State submits that in view of Rule 46 of the Odisha Minor Mineral Concession Rules, 2016 against the impugned order under Annexure-3, appeal lies to the Opposite Party No.2-Collector, Dhenkanal.

In view of availability of the alternative

// 2 // efficacious remedy, we are not inclined to entertain this writ application.

Accordingly, the writ application stands dismissed granting liberty to the petitioner to seek remedy as aforestated.
