None appears for the petitioner at the time of call and on the last occasion the counsel appearing earlier for the petitioner had submitted that the brief has already been transferred but no one had appeared today or on the last date. On the last date on 28.09.2022, this Court, however, had considered it proper to give one last chance to the petitioner but no one had appeared for the petitioner at the time of call today.

In view of such development, it presupposes that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter. Hence, this CRLMC is dismissed.
