This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Mr. R. Mahato, learned counsel for the petitioner prays to dispose of the bail application with a direction to the learned trial Court to dispose of the case within a period of three months as fifteen out of eighteen charge-sheeted witnesses have already been examined in this case.

In view of the aforesaid submission and taking into consideration that fifteen out of eighteen charge-sheeted witnesses have already been examined in this case, this Court without adverting to the materials on record on merit disposes of the bail application with a request to the learned trial Court to conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt/communication/production of the copy of this order and the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail, if the learned trial Court

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
