It is submitted that in this case trial has not yet commenced and therefore, the observation in order dated 29.09.2022 is redundant. 3.

Considering the nature of accusations and the statement of eyewitnesses which supports the same, I am not inclined to allow the prayer for bail, which is therefore, rejected. However, it is open to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after examination of Parbati Tiria during trial.
