1. This appeal by the Insurance Company-Appellant is directed against an award dated 10th January, 2005 of the 5th MACT, Nabarangpur whereby the accident compensation of Rs.1.70 lakh with interest @ 6% per annum has been awarded to the Respondents on account of the death claim.

2. Considering the amount awarded, the Court is not inclined to interfere with the impugned award.

3. The appeal is accordingly dismissed.
