The petitioner is in custody in connection with Gondia P.S. Case No. 86 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 166 of 2022 pending in the court of learned J.M.F.C., Gondia for the alleged commission of offence under Sections 498(A)/302/304-B/34 of IPC read with Section 4 of the D.P.

Considering the nature of accusations and the existence of materials prima facie in support thereof, I am not inclined to allow the prayer for bail, which is therefore, rejected. 5.

The BLAPL is accordingly rejected.
