This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners are accused in G.R. Case No.240 of 2022, on the files of learned S.D.J.M. Koraput, arising out of Damanjodi P.S. Case No.29 of 2022, under Sections 417/419/420/468/471 and 34 of IPC and is in custody since 03.04.2022. 4.
Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Koraput by order dated 18.05.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Keeping in view that charge sheet has already been filed in the meanwhile and the principal accused is one Santosh Kumar Barada who is not the petitioners, this Court directs the petitioners
to be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the Court in seisin of the matter.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
