Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

This is an application under section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in connection with Govindpur P.S. Case No.73 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No.1259 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C. (Rural), Cuttack for alleged commission of offences under sections 341/294/323/325/307/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Perused the F.I.R.

Learned counsel for the State on instruction submitted that there are two injured persons in this case, namely, Bibhuti Bhusan Bhoi and Bigyan Bhoi and both of

// 2 // them have sustained simple injuries and there are no criminal antecedents against the petitioners. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the State, the interim order dated 29.06.2022 is made absolute.

The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
