Learned counsel for the State on instruction submitted that till date, no F.I.R. has been lodged against the petitioners. In view of such submission, since no first information report has yet been registered, there is no apprehension of arrest of the petitioners. Therefore, I am not inclined to entertain this anticipatory bail application. The petitioners are at liberty to seek appropriate remedy the moment the F.I.R. is lodged.

The ABLAPL stands disposed of.
