This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is an accused in Special (POCSO) Case No.23 of 2022, on the files of learned Additional District & Sessions Judge-cum-Special Court under POCSO Act, Angul, arising out of Chhendipada P.S. Case No.133 of 2022, under Sections 452/354-A/354-B/380/506 of the IPC read with Section 12 & 18 of the POCSO Act subsequently turned into under Section 450/376/511/506 of the IPC read with Section 4(1), 18 and 8 of the POCSO act.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned A.D.J.-cum-Special Court under

POCSO Act, Angul by order dated 19.05.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed. 5.

Learned counsel for the State submits that in the meanwhile charge sheet has already been filed. 6.

Perused the 164 Cr.P.C. Statement of the victim and considering age of the petitioner and the nature of allegations, this Court directs the petitioner to be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the Court in seisin of the matter. 7.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
