This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is an accused in C.T. Case No.33 of 2021, on the files of learned Additional Sessions Judge, Gunupur, arising out of Gundari P.S. Case No.43 of 2007, under Sections 147/148/307/149 of the IPC read with Section 25 (1)(B)(a) of theArms Act, Section 3 and 4 of the Indian Explosive Substances Act, Section 17(2) of the Criminal Law amendment act and is in custody since 19.08.2021.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Gunupur by order dated 28.03.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Taking into account the statements of Rupa Brodaka and Gobind Chandra Patra, this Court is not inclined to entertain this bail application at this stage. Accordingly the bail applications rejected.

It shall be open to the petitioner to renew his prayer at a later stage if so advised.

7.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
