This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement (virtual/ physical) mode.

The Petitioner having been implicated in connection with Rajkanika P.S. Case No.255 of 2020 arising out of ICC Case No.11 of 2020 pending on the file of learned Special Court-cumSessions Judge, Kendrapara running for the alleged commission of offence under section-294/323/354-B/307/506/376/379/34 of the IPC read with Section-66 of the IT Act and Section.3(1)(r)/3(1)(s)/ 3(1) for his grant of anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest in the 3(w)(i)/3(2)(va) of the SC & ST (PA) Act in the above mentioned case.

Heard learned Counsel for the Petitioner and learned Counsel for the State.

Considering the submissions made and on going through the nature of accusations as those emanate from the materials on record;
further keeping in view the other surrounding circumstances; I do not find it to be a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the Petitioner.

The ABLAPL is accordingly dismissed.
Interim order passed on 31.05.2021 does no more survive. Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
