Learned counsel for the State submits that as per the order dated 11.07.2022 issued by the opposite party No.3District Education Officer, Nayagarh, the petitioner has been transferred and posted at Raghunathpur P.S., Raghunathpur or Raghunath Prasad P.S., Raghunath Prasad under Nayagarh Block and he has been instructed to join in his new place of posting within seven days.
