1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.

2. This I.A. has been filed by the Petitioner for modification of the order dated 24.08.2022 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.13406 of 2022.

3. Heard.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the aforesaid order no time limit has been fixed for compliance. Therefore, the Petitioner prays for fixing of

// 2 // time limit to comply the aforesaid order passed by this Court.

5. Considering the submissions and the averments made in the petition, prayer is allowed. Accordingly, the Opposite Parties are directed to comply the order dated 24.08.2022 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.13406 of 2022 within a period of 45(forty-five) days from today.

6. This order shall be read as a part of the original order. All other parts of the original order shall remain unaltered.

7. Accordingly, this I.A. is disposed of.

8. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
