It is submitted by the learned counsel for the opposite party No.2 that in the meantime, trial was concluded and therefore, the matter has become infructuous.

Learned ASC confirms the above fact.

The State had filed petition under Section 311 Cr.P.C. which was rejected by the court below and that has come to be challenged in the present petition.

However, in view of the submission of learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as opposite party No.2 since the case is no more pending and has in the meantime been disposed of, the matter has become infructuous and accordingly, it is ordered. 5.
