This Writ Petition has been filed with a prayer to direct the Opp. Party No.2 to dispose of the Original Application No. 1 of 2020 pending before him within the stipulated time and to restrain the Opp. Party No.5 from giving the landed properties of petitioner on 'Bhaga' basis to outsiders till disposal of the Original Application No.1 of 2020. 4.

In view of the limited nature of prayer made in the writ petition, without entering into the merits of the writ petition, we dispose of this writ petition directing the Opposite Party No.2- Addl. Asst. Commissioner of Endowment, Cuttack to
