The Petitioner in this CMP seeks to assail the order dated 4th December, 2018 passed by learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Bhubaneswar in C.S. No. 1852 of 2018 directing the parties to maintain status quo over the suit land till hearing of the petition under Order 1 Rule 10 C.P.C. is over. 3.

On perusal of the record, it appears that the petition under Order 1 Rule 10 C.P.C. has already been disposed of since 15th December, 2018. In that view of the matter, the CMP has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the CMP is disposed of as infructuous. 5.

It is open to the Petitioner to move learned trial Court for redressal of his grievances, if any, subsisting. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
