In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the State that no criminal case has yet been registered against the Petitioners at Dhusuri Police Station or Sea Beach Police Station; learned counsel for the Petitioners prays for withdrawal of this application with liberty to file the same in case cause of action so arises in future.

Granting the liberty as aforesaid, the ABLAPL is disposed of accordingly.

Interim order passed on 02.07.2020 stands vacated. 4.
