2. It is submitted by Mr. Dayananda Mohapatra, learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is working at Vijayawada and therefore it is not possible on his part to attend the Court physically on each date of posting of the case.

3. In view of the above submissions, order dated 15.09.2022 is modified only to the extent that the petitioner shall appear before the court below whenever it is felt necessary by the court and on other dates, he shall be allowed representation through his counsel.
