2. By means of this petition, the Petitioner seeks to quash the FIR arising out of Baideswar P.S.Case No.70 dated 14th July, 2016 corresponding to G.R.Case No.252 of 2016 pending in the files of the learned S.D.J.M, Banki.

3. No interim order has been passed. The matter has not been listed from 2016.

4. Having regard to the age of the Petition, in absence of the case being pursued, there is no point in keeping the CRLMC alive and hence, the CRLMC stands dismissed for non prosecution. (Chittaranjan Dash) Judge B.C.Mohanty
