Heard learned Counsel for the Petitioner and learned Counsel for the State as well as learned Counsel for the Informant. 3.

Considering the submissions made and further keeping in view the nature of accusation against this Petitioner and his role as those reveal from the materials on record as well as other surrounding circumstances of the case as also concerning the Petitioner, it is directed that in the event the Petitioner surrenders before the Court in seisin of the case in connection with Chandrasekharpur P.S. Case No.438 of 2020 corresponding to C.T. Case No.5385 of 2020 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Bhubaneswar within three weeks hence and moves for his release on bail, he shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as would be deemed just and proper by the said Court. 4.

The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
