1. Heard Mr. B.N. Samantaray, learned counsel for the Petitionercum-claimant, Respondent No.2 and Mr. M.C. Nayak, learned counsel for the Opposite Party-cum-insurer, Appellant.

2. Present petition has been filed being aggrieved by the order of the learned Tribunal dated 29.6.2022 wherein learned Tribunal has directed for keeping certain amount in fixed deposit.

3. Upon hearing both the parties, I do not find any illegality in the order of the learned Tribunal dated 29.6.2022 keeping a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- in the fixed deposit in the name of the Petitioner for a period of five years.

4. As such, the I.A. is dismissed.
