1.This PIL was registered on the basis of news reports way back in 2015 on the outbreak of Swine Flu and Jaundice in the State. Affidavits were filed by the Principal Secretary, Health and Family Welfare Department as well as the Commissioner-cum-Secretary, Housing and Urban Development Department on 9th March, 2015.

2. The Court has perused the said affidavits. It is of the view that no further directions are required to be issued at this stage in the present case.

3. The writ petition is disposed of.
