1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode. Order No.

2. The writ petition has been filed with a prayer to grant electricity connection to the petitioner which according to the learned counsel for the petitioner is a new connection.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that against inaction/refusal of the authority to grant connection, the petitioner shall move the authority.

4. In view of the limited nature of grievance raised in the writ petition and in view of the submissions made at the Bar, the writ petition is disposed of without issuing notice to opposite party nos.2, 3 and 4, granting liberty to the petitioner to move the authority, which shall be considered by the authority in accordance with law.
