The petitioner having been implicated in connection with Capital P.S. Case No.262 of 2021 corresponding to C.T. Case No.2478 of 2021 registered for alleged commission of offence under sections 457/380, I.P.C. pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Bhubaneswar has filed this application for grant of anticipatory bail.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

Considering the submissions and viewing the materials as placed as also other surrounding circumstances, this Court finds no such reason/justification to entertain this application

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands dismissed. Interim order passed on 31.05.2021 stands vacated.
