2. This revision petition has been filed pursuant to the order dated 13th September, 2019 passed by the Supreme Court of India in SLP(Civil) No.26895 of 2019.

3. For the reasons stated in today's RVWPET No.247 of 2020, the Court recalls its order dated 18th June, 2018 passed in W.P.(C) No.23276 of 2017 and restores W.P.(C) No.23276 of 2017 to the file of the roster Bench of this Court.
