This matter is taken up through hybrid Order No.

Mr. Khuntia states that the order dated 29th June, 2017 passed in W.P.(C) No.2907 of 2014 stands duly complied with by the Government while passing a speaking order dated 30th July, 2018, which was duly endorsed to the petitioner. A copy of the order has been supplied to the learned counsel for the petitioner at the time of hearing. He further states that the said 09(nine) vacancies have since been filled up in the subsequent recruitment.

In view of the above, we find no grounds to pursue the present contempt.
