This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners are accused in C.T. Case No.12 of 2022, pending on the files of learned P.O. Special Court under POCSO Act, Mayurbhanj, arising out of Baisinga P.S. Case No.352 of 2021, under Sections 498-A/304-B/305/34 of IPC and Section 4 of the D.P. Act and is in custody since 05.12.2021.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned P.O. Special Court under POCSO Act, Mayurbhanj, by order dated 09.05.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Taking into account that the petitioners are in custody since 05.12.2021 and the petitioner No.1 is the father in-law and petitioner No.3 is the widow sister in-law and the role ascribed to them in the

charge sheet, this Court directs the petitioners to be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the learned Court in seisin over the matter. 6.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
